Facilities

We have created a lovely and welcoming space that can comfortably accommodate 5 people, including 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each (or two twins and a queen bed) and a loft with a fouton. The apartment features also an openspace with a livingroom and a full kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower and bidet.
Please note that due to the nature of the original structure, the holiday home is not suitable for people with disabilities.

FREE WIFI
We have installed a high speed connection that allows you to easily work from home.

COT
Infants under 2 years old can stay free of charge. Only one cot and one baby chair are available for our guests.

LAUNDRY
Washing machine and supply of detergents and other accessories for your laundry.

FULL KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with fridge with freezer, electric oven, sink, hob, dishwasher cooker, espresso machine, kettle, plates, set of pots, cutlery and crockery.

AMENITY KIT
In the bathroom, an essential equipment available for our guests: shampoo, hand soap, shower gel, hairdryer.

Bed linen and towels are provided for our guests.

Heating system with manual ignition, also adjustable remotely with automatic programming.

A rich Italian-style breakfast with typical local products and a selection of tea bags and coffee pods (expresso, americano, cappuccino, hot chocolate).

Depending on your interests, we can create itineraries for you of local sacred sites in nature, historic hill towns, and of course a visit to the main cities and many other exciting experiences.

EMERGENCY KIT
Provision of essential principals for the safety and protection of the health of our guests. The apartment is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector and emergency kit.
